    My name is Alessandro and I was born a chef, since I was a boy I have always liked cooking, I remember that when I was 14, during a long period of illness and absence from school, I was bored, and I took a recipe book and prepared my first "duchess potatoes", to my mother's dismay, for the post-preparation, they came as per the recipe, then I have always cooked by inventing recipes and preparations for me and for my friends, but always at an amateur level because I had chosen another path; until 2012, that was the year of change, with my family at the time we made the decision to open a restaurant, my secret dream, and we moved to Germany and precisely to Berlin and after about a year we opened a small restaurant with wine shop.

    After a few years I decided to sell the restaurant and also to take a diploma in cooking, this gave me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and work in high-level bistros and hotels.

    In 2022 I decided to continue doing what I love in my country and in my city, bringing my experience in international cuisine merging it with Italian/Tuscan cuisine directly to your home in the tranquility of a warm and familiar environment so that you can try a unique experience with loved ones and friends, for commemorative events or just for the convivial desire to be together and why not also to increase your business, "the best deals are done at the table".

    Diving into the sensations of a lunch or dinner prepared at home by a private chef is a choice that will give you a thousand different sensations, as well as the delicious taste of an exclusive evening for you and your friends.

    • The service is carried out at the customer's premises where a briefing will be made in which the menu and the number of diners will be decided, the chef will make an inspection to check the kitchen and the equipment for preparing the dishes, the duration of the service will be agreed based on the menu and customer requests.
    • At the end of the service, the equipment and surfaces used will be cleaned.
    • The purchase of the ingredients agreed with the customer will be performed by the chef.
    • Drinks such as wines, water and spirits will be the customer's responsibility.

    Cooking school/lessons

    Exams never end but above all you never stop learning and the cooking lessons of "Chef a la Maison" can be a good way to spend a few carefree hours trying to deepen your culinary knowledge.

    • The service is carried out at the customer's home (for a minimum of 2 people).
    • A meeting will be held to decide the type of preparation/recipe to be performed, agree on the duration of the service, check the equipment and spaces in the kitchen.
    • We will agree on the raw materials and they will later be purchased by the chef.
    • The cooking lesson includes the preparation, execution and, if necessary, cooking.
    • At the end of the service, the equipment and surfaces used will be cleaned.
